Terms and Conditions of Online Therapy Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of online therapy services (“Services”) by Pyschobubble (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you (“Client” or “you”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide online therapy sessions with licensed therapists via video conferencing, phone, or messaging. Our Services are designed to provide support and guidance, but are not a substitute for medical or emergency services.
3. Client Responsibilities
– You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your mental health.
– You must participate actively in the therapy process and follow the recommendations of your therapist.
– You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your account and login credentials.
4. Payment Terms
– All payments are due in advance of each session.
– We accept list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, UPI.
– You are responsible for any bank or payment processing fees.
– We reserve the right to adjust our fees at any time.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– If you cancel a session with less than 2 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
– If we cancel a session, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
– We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal and health information.
– We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality.
– You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and health information as necessary to provide our Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
– We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
– Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our Services.
